Göran E. Larsson

Göran E. Larsson

Chairman of the Board since 2000 (independent board member since 1998).

Göran E. Larsson is the former President of Micronic Laser Systems AB. He has also served in various positions at Standard Radio AB, Tidningarnas Telegrambyrå AB, Norstedts Tryckeri AB, Interforward AB, Ferag Inc., QlickTech International AB (former Chairman of the Board), Tolerans AB, and Ferag Japan AB. Today, Mr. Larsson pursues active board work, serving as Chairman of the Board at ReadSoft as well as Chairman of the Boards of AB Sagax (public), Effnet Holding AB (public), Ageri Holding AB (public), and the Hildur Nordin Heritage Foundation. He is the Vice Chairman of the Board at Avega AB (public) and a board member of Habia Cable AB and Sandrew Metronome AB. Mr. Larsson, who was born in 1943, received a B.Sc. in Engineering in 1967 and a B.Sc. in Economics in 1969. He holds 120,000 (78,000) Series B shares of ReadSoft.



Jan Andersson

Jan Andersson

Member of the board since 2011.

Jan Andersson is the co-founder and former CEO of ReadSoft, joining the company in 1991. Prior to that, he worked as a programmer, system analyst, project manager, and business consultant for several IT companies. Since 2011, Mr. Andersson has pursued active board work at ReadSoft AB. He also serves as Chairman of the Board at Ekros & Hultberg, and is a board member of NET Invest AB. Mr. Andersson, who was born in 1959, received a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the Institute of Technology at Linköping University in 1986. He holds 596,790 (596,0790) Series A shares of ReadSoft and 2,911,195 (2,911,195) Series B shares.



Lars Appelstål

Lars Appelstål

Chief Technology Officer and member of the board since 1991.

Lars Appelstål is the co-founder of ReadSoft, serving today as the Chief Technology Officer. Previously, he has held positions as a Systems Developer at Norsk Data in Oslo from 1986 to 1988 and as a Consultant for Frontec in Stockholm from 1988 to 1991. Mr. Appelstål, who was born in 1959, received a B.Sc. in Computer Science at the Institute of Technology at Linkoping University in 1986 and a Master of Science at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, in 1986. He holds 596,790 (596,790) Series A shares of ReadSoft and 2,911,195 (2,911,195) Series B shares.



Lennart Phil

Lennart Pihl

Independent member of the board since 2001.

Lennart Pihl is the Senior Advisor and Management Consultant of his own company. He previously served as President of Acrimo from 1987 to 1997, and as President of Bong Ljungdahl from 1997 to 2003. Mr. Pihl is Chairman of the Board at MultiQ AB (public) and holds other board appointments at Duroc AB (public), Formpipe AB (public), Heatex AB, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Southern Sweden (Northwest Skåne), and Rya Golf. Mr. Pihl, who was born in 1950, received a B.Sc. in Business Economics from Lund University. He holds 20,000 (20,000) Series B shares of ReadSoft.



Håkan Valberg

Håkan Valberg

Independent member of the board since 2008.

Håkan Valberg is the Senior Vice President and General Manager of the EMEA region at Advent Software, one of the world’s leading providers of software and services to the investment management industry. He has previously served in senior roles at IBM, i2Technologies, and Industri Matematik International, and he holds board appointments at Prodacap AB and a number of Advent Software’s subsidiaries. Mr. Valberg, who was born in 1962, received a B.Sc. in Engineering from the Institute of Technology at Linköping University in 1986. He holds 7,500 (7,500) Series B shares of ReadSoft.



Anna Söderblom

Anna Söderblom

Independent member of the board since 2004.

Anna Söderblom is a researcher and teacher at the Stockholm School of Economics. She previously held various senior managerial positions at Microsoft Nordic and at Posten Brev. She also served as Partner / Investment Manager at Industrifonden. Ms. Söderblom is Chairman of the Board at Avega Group AB (public) and Algoryx AB, and holds other board appointments at Ortivus AB (public), Excanto AB and SSE Business Lab. Born in 1963, she received a B.A. in Mathematics from Lund University in 1994 and a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Stockholm School of Economics in 2011. She holds 10,000 (10,000) Series B shares of ReadSoft.



Peter Gille

Peter Gille

Independent member of the board since 2009.

Peter Gille has served as CEO of Nexus Technology, an identity and access management provider, since 2006. Prior to that, he held various executive positions at Oracle from 1994 to 2006. He served as a Consultant at Corda Adesystem, Enator Corda, from 1988 to 1994. Mr. Gille, who was born in 1962, received a B.Sc. in System Science from Uppsala University in 1988 and an Executive MBA from the Universities of Paris and Edinburgh in 2003. He also holds board appointments at a number of Nexus subsidiaries.
