Each year, ReadSoft recognizes two outstanding employees for their contributions and exemplary behavior with the Leader of the Year and Colleague of the Year awards. Recipients are nominated by fellow employees based on their demonstration of ReadSoft’s values and extraordinary work that positively impacted ReadSoft as a company.
